Our services
WRLD Talent provides recruiting and placement services: role scoping, sourcing, screening, candidate shortlisting, interview coordination, offer support, an onboarding checklist, and the 90-Day Placement Guarantee.
Standard placement does not include Employer of Record services, payroll processing, international tax compliance, legal employment classification, day-to-day management, or ongoing HR administration. Optional add-on services are always clearly labeled as optional.
Fees
Our standard pricing is a One-Time Placement Fee of 28% of the employee's first-year annual salary, due when the candidate accepts the employment offer. There are no mandatory monthly placement fees. Specific engagement terms are confirmed in writing before a search begins.
