We recruit across Latin America and the Philippines. Latin America offers strong overlap with U.S. time zones; the Philippines has a deep, established remote-work talent pool with strong English proficiency.

We recruit remote roles across administrative support, customer support, sales, marketing and creative, finance and accounting, and operations — plus industry-specific roles such as construction estimating, property management support, healthcare administration, and e-commerce operations. How many candidates will I receive?

Our goal is typically 3–5 finalists per role. We would rather present a short, relevant shortlist than send you dozens of resumes to sort through.

Timelines vary by role, seniority, schedule requirements, and compensation range. We share an expected timeline after your intake so you know what to plan for.

Can I request candidates from a specific region?

Yes. If you have a preferred region, tell us in the intake and we focus sourcing there. If you have no preference, we search wherever the strongest candidates for your role are.

How much does WRLD Talent cost?

Our standard pricing is a One-Time Placement Fee of 28% of the employee's first-year annual salary.

Are there monthly fees?

There are no mandatory monthly placement fees. After a successful placement, you pay your employee directly. Optional support services (such as HR Support at $149/month) are available but never required.

When is the placement fee due?

The one-time placement fee is due when your selected candidate accepts the employment offer.

No. Onboarding & Training, HR Support, Extended Guarantee, and Backup Coverage are all optional add-ons. The standard placement service already includes the full recruiting process and the 90-Day Placement Guarantee.

Screening is matched to the position and may include experience review, English proficiency assessment, skills assessment, reference/background checks, and a WRLD Talent interview. Screening steps may vary by role.

Can I interview candidates?

Yes — you always interview your finalists. We coordinate scheduling, and the hiring decision is entirely yours.

Who manages the employee?

You do. WRLD Talent is a recruiting and placement service; day-to-day management, direction, and performance oversight stay with your company.

Who pays the employee?

You pay your team member directly through your own arrangement. Standard placement does not include payroll processing.

How does the 90-Day Placement Guarantee work?

If a placement doesn't work out within the first 90 days due to performance, skills mismatch, or voluntary departure, we recruit a replacement at no additional placement fee. One complimentary replacement is included per original placement fee paid.

What happens if the employee leaves?

Within the 90-day window and under the terms of the guarantee, we restart the search and place a replacement without an additional placement fee. After that window, an optional Extended Guarantee is available, or you can start a new search at standard pricing.

Are WRLD Talent candidates employees or independent contractors?

WRLD Talent provides recruiting and placement services. The appropriate engagement structure depends on your company, the worker's location, applicable law, and your specific circumstances — so we don't determine or advise on classification. We encourage employers to obtain appropriate legal, tax, payroll, or employment guidance when needed.

Does WRLD Talent handle international payroll?

No. Standard placement does not include ongoing payroll processing or international tax compliance, and WRLD Talent is not an Employer of Record. Many clients use their own payroll provider or an international payments service to pay their team member directly.
